Our Heat Wont Come On?
Check the heating system switches. There are often two red Emergency switches in the home with one at the top of the stairs leading to the basement and the second switch at the heating equipment; both should be in the ON position.
Check the oil tank to make sure there is enough oil in the tank. You cannot tell how much oil is in the tank knocking on it, check your gauge or dip the tank with a stick if possible.
Check your thermostat in the home and make sure it is set above the room temperature and is on the heat setting.
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order can vary depending on the product you use and the area you live in. Most commonly, if you are in one of our daily delivery areas and are using Furnace Oil, the minimum order is $300.
Are there any extra fees for Automatic Delivery?
No. For our Automatic Accounts, the only requirement we have is a valid credit card for payment. No Credit Checks or extra fees.
I only require a couple deliveries a year, can I call you when I need it?
Absolutely! We have a fully staffed office that can take your order over the phone or you can use our Order Online Form 24 hours a day 7 days a week!
I am new to Cozy Fuels, how do I set up an delivery?
Simply contact the office by phone or fill out the Online Order Form to set up a new account. Our Staff will only need to take a few minutes of your time to get you started.
I use Kerosene/Furnace Light. I heard they don't carry it here in the HRM anymore?
As of March 1/18, Kerosene and Furnace Light was no longer available to the HRM. However, we have been able to outsource it, so we can continue to provide it to our customers on an Automatic Delivery Schedule. Contact Us for more information.
